How Residental Delivery Service Works!
Schedule a Pickup
Create a laundry account and select your detergent preferences. Leave any necessary notes for special treatment. If you have any notes on where to collect your clothes (ex. porch, gate code, by the garage door, etc) please include those in your order notes. You will receive a text the night before as a reminder of your pickup. If you have both drycleaning items and laundry please put them in separately if you want your laundry items returned before the scheduled dry cleaning order which is returned in 4-7 days.
Pickup Day
If this is your first pickup, put your clothes in a cinchable bag (a trash bag works great) with your name on it and leave it on your front porch or designated location. (No hampers, baskets, or loose items.) If you have dry cleaning place it in a separate bag and label it "Dry Cleaning." You will receive a text when the driver is en route to retrieve your dirty laundry. Your clothes will be returned in a Laundry Day branded bag for you to keep and reuse for future orders.
- Wash and Fold orders are returned the NEXT day with the exception of Saturday and Sundays..
- Dry Cleaning is returned 4-7 days from pick up day
Processing Your Laundry
After your laundry is picked up, our driver will bring it to our laundry facility. Your items are then sorted by lights and darks. If you prefer to separate your laundry based on person, please do so and make a note in the special instructions when placing your request for laundry pickup. (NOTE: Please check your pockets for pens, gum, chapstick, paper, etc. prior to placing your items in the laundry bag for pickup. We try our best to check for left items but mistakes happen.) Laundry is then laundered using cold water, dried on medium and neatly folded and packaged, unless otherwise stated. Laundry will be delivered the next day.
Delivery Day
One of our delivery drivers will drop off your freshly laundered or dry cleaned clothes at your designated drop off location. You will receive a text when your clothes are en route and after they have been dropped off. Orders will be returned the next day, with the exception of Saturday and Sundays. Friday pickups will be delivered back on Mondays.
